What we will deliver

We focus on the development of a proprietary pipeline of wellness and healthcare products, with a specific focus on highly differentiated products that address unmet medical and consumer needs.

By leveraging our unique and enabling R&D capabilities, we are building a pipeline that includes inhalable medicines, nicotine replacement therapies (NRT), and consumer wellness products.


About the role:

As our Business Analyst you will gather and analyze business requirements and chart out the strategies essential for examining various aspects of the business. Duties include creating and implementing sales processes, overseeing the sales team, and strategizing sales goals.

You will work as part of a close-knit business development team to handle a wide range of tasks pertaining to the business. Your role will be crucial in bringing our business proposition to life, using an analytical data-led approach to influence and refine our go-to-market approach.

Core responsibilities:
• Scrutinizing and resolving intricate issues.
• Identifying patterns.
• Uncovering valuable insights from vast amounts of unprocessed data.
• Capture and validate information meticulously, maintaining consistency and clarity in their documentation.
• Break down problems into manageable components, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions.


Brand management:
• Coordinates and manages targeted vertical market sales programs (eg Healthcare) and make recommendation for targeted marketing programs, researches and gathers content specific to defined vertical markets.
• Refine customer segmentation, pinpointing its shortcomings and areas that require improvement, and help create a plan to enhance upsell, cross-sell and renewal process.

Role Requirements:
Personal characteristics will be crucial, as the successful individual needs to have the self-sufficiency, energy, and drive to take this opportunity and run with it, with exceptional communication and skills, as well as a level of comfort at working in a fast-paced, new setup and launch-oriented setting. Specifically, the ideal candidate will possess the following:
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (data filters, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Well-developed capabilities in problem solving and crafting efficient processes.
• A highly organized approach to work, with the ability to identify priorities and work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross functional and international collaboration.
• A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure.
• Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
• Confident with onboarding, training, and mentoring the sales team.
• Continuous tracking of Gross to Net KPI’s with focus on gross margin enhancement, promotional return on investment and gross to net savings.
• Responsible for key financial planning, reporting and analysis.
