By leveraging our unique and enabling R&D capabilities, we are building a pipeline that includes inhalable medicines, nicotine replacement therapies (NRT), and consumer wellness products.



About the role


Vectura Fertin Pharma’s leverages partnerships with strong Consumer Health brand owners to bring novel product concepts to market and drive their sales.

Based on Vectura Fertin Pharma’s proprietary technology platforms, we co-develop and co-market solutions with our partners that have the potential to disrupt the category. To lead this program, we’re looking for a Commercial Director to identify and execute strategic and operational improvements that can increase the value of our existing and future partnerships and validate our ambition to penetrate new growth areas.

Your primary objective is to drive value generation from our existing partnership with an exciting and fast-growing US-based brand. You will work closely on a day-to-day basis with the brand’s leadership team to develop and execute growth plans, identify, and address operational challenges and take ownership of major projects to deliver business value through the creation, optimization, and maintenance of various processes and products. You will be responsible for driving the pipeline, launch and market execution of their products we bring into the partnership, based on our proprietary technology, including devising marketing strategies for US retail and online channels.

Reporting to the Chief Consumer Health Officer, you will be part of the Consumer Health Leadership team in Vectura Fertin Pharma, working closely with Global Marketing, Product Development, Regulatory and other function to identify, prioritize and execution growth opportunities for the Category.

This is an outstanding opportunity to shape our Consumer Health business while driving our main partnership through in-market commercial execution and serving as a sparring partner to their leadership team.



Main responsibilities will include:

Value creation from our US partnership, working hand-in-glove with our partner’s management team on Strategy, Operational Excellence and In-market execution of our joint product lines.

Identify new growth and revenue opportunities through brand building, consumer experience, and commercialization.
Build the innovation pipeline, validate value propositions, launch and drive sales in the US market
Develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth and improve profitability.

Serve as a conduit into broader VFP and PMI organizations to realize top and bottom-line synergies.
Conducting thorough operational assessments to identify areas of inefficiency, and developing plans to optimize operations.

Providing guidance on technology and digital marketing initiatives to improve operational efficiency, increase user acquisition and retention, and enhance the customer experience.

Evaluating new brand partnerships that will increase opportunities in new geographies and audiences.
Collect data on consumers, competitors, and marketplace and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.

Providing regular updates and reports on partners’ performance to validate our experiments.
Building relationships with industry experts and thought leaders to stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends.


Qualifications:


15+ years of experience in management roles for diverse work environments (corporate, agency, start-up, retail)
Global mindset, ability to communicate effectively with people from different cultures, and build relationships with international partners and various stakeholders.

Strong expertise in digital and growth marketing with the ability to monitor performance and identify opportunities from data analysis.

Strong strategic and operational skills particularly in brand building and consumer experience.

Driven to achieve results and continuously striving to deliver the highest performance through creative thinking.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and timelines.

Excellent interpersonal skills and both written and verbal communication skills.

Embraced collaborative sharing of knowledge within internal and external environments.
