What we will deliver
We focus on the development of a proprietary pipeline of wellness and healthcare products, with a specific focus on highly differentiated products that address unmet medical and consumer needs.

By leveraging our unique and enabling R&D capabilities, we are building a pipeline that includes inhalable medicines, nicotine replacement therapies (NRT), and consumer wellness products.

The Role
The Brand and Insights team will need a full time Senior Insights Manager on Consumer Health & NRT categories, support the category initiatives at an overall program and individual projects level.

Role location is flexible within UK and CH.

The role will help set the strategy for the categories, work with a multi-functional team and deliver consumer insights, market/trends analysis and user experience journeys, that deliver both against market execution programs (communication, media and KPI setting/tracking) and the innovation pipeline validation.

Specific deliverables include the following:
• Lead the prioritization, set-up, and preparation of the global insight and analytics learning plans to provide consumer-centric innovation and commercialization.
• Proactively partner with multi-functional team to understand business needs and priorities
• Develop and assess insightful customer trends and market shifts.
• Map the consumer landscape, making key recommendations that drive penetration, increase market-share and improve profit opportunities.
• Enable teams to assess business potential of new ideas and launch successful initiatives, and to quantify key business drivers.
• Represent decisions and recommendations from analysis to relevant parties with state of art communication and data visualization skills.
• Manage and grow strategic relationships with external vendors and insights suppliers, controlling delivery schedules and ensuring on-time, quality delivery of commissioned work.
• Ensure cross category effectiveness and efficiencies across market research and analytics programs, as part of the Global Brands & Insights team

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a marketing discipline or business administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Masters/ MBA preferred)
• 10+ yrs. of relevant market research and analytics experience in a customer/consumer focused, matrixed, multinational environment.
• Experience in consumer goods is a must, experience in consumer healthcare (OTC/Supplements) and in startups will be preferred.
• Broad and deep experience across qualitative, quantitative, secondary and AI based digital research methods.
• Technical knowledge on emerging and innovative insights and analytics techniques, tools/platforms.
• Experience in managing insights vendor/ agency relationships, controlling quality and delivery schedules, negotiating contract renewals, and aligning vendor deliverables with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to reframe synthesized data & learnings into new frameworks to translate consumer insights into actionable recommendations and influence business decision making. Comfortable in dealing with complexity and ambiguity.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
