What we will deliver



We focus on the development of a proprietary pipeline of wellness and healthcare products, with a specific focus on highly differentiated products that address unmet medical and consumer needs.



By leveraging our unique and enabling R&D capabilities, we are building a pipeline that includes inhalable medicines, nicotine replacement therapies (NRT), and consumer wellness products.





About the role



As Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs, you will be accountable for the execution of our global regulatory strategy for assigned product(s).



Core responsibilities:



Interpret and convey regulatory requirements in global markets
Identification of the need for engagement of third-party vendors for local input
Artwork development, review, and approval
Reviewing literature and creating claim substantiation dossiers
Actively monitor global regulatory policies to ensure product compliance
Represent regulatory from product ideation through launch.
Proactive engagement, representing regulatory affairs, on in-house product teams and/or joint external partnership teams
Create a regulatory go-to-market strategy for assigned products.


Role Requirements:



Advanced scientific degree
Significant experience in regulatory affairs
Experience with natural health products / dietary supplements is essential
Exposure to working with Health Canada would be desirable
Well-versed in communicating regulatory strategy, issues, and risks in written and verbal format
Experience with cannabinoid products is a plus.
Hands-on experience leading roll-out of consumer health products
Experience working in matrix teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, launch-oriented environment
Ability for occasional travel as per business needs.
